Hola I'm Jessica
Born and raised in Mexico, I'm a multidisciplinary designer with a passion for creating meaningful experiences through visual communication. With a Bachelor's degree in International Commerce from Tecnologico de Monterrey and a Master's degree in Marketing from Universidad Anahuac, I combine a business-oriented mindset with a creative edge.
After working for top advertising agencies such as Ogilvy, BBDO, and Leo Burnett in Mexico, I moved to Canada to develop my design skills at Langara College in Vancouver, BC, where I completed the Diploma in Design Formation. During my time at Langara, I was part of the team that came with the concept and design for the temporal Exhibit "Raised in Chinatown", which is part of the Chinatown Storytelling Centre in Vancouver.
In addition to my work in advertising and design, I also taught classes in prestigious universities such as Tecnologico de Monterrey, Universidad Anahuac, and Universidad Iberoamerica, where I shared my knowledge in audiovisual narrative and video production for the Interactive Design Department and Marketing knowledge for Communications.
I am always looking for new and innovative ways to create intuitive and effective visual communication systems. Whether working on branding campaigns, exhibits, or wayfinding projects, I like to bring a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to every project I undertakes.
